I have recently trained in the natural lift facial massage treatment which is ideal for stress, headaches, sinus relief, tension in the neck and shoulders and a stimulating treatment for naturally lifting and toning the face.  

 

I continue to specialise in Deep Tissue Massage which is hugely popular with athletes, runners and cyclists and those struggling with tension in the back, neck and shoulders. 

 

I have a studio overlooking Windsor Castle and I am in easy walking distance from Windsor Leisure Centre.
